Demigods & Magicians

Have you heard of the renowned characters Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase - from the series Percy Jackson - & brother and sister Carter and Sadie Kane - from the Kane Chronicles? Well, they all meet together in this book, so come on in!!

This is a fast pace amazing adventure book with the renowned characters Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase + Carter, and Sadie Kane. In this book, the magical worlds of the series Percy Jackson and Kane Chronicles will crash and work together to stop evil, vicious ghost that is mixing Greek and Egyptian magic to rule the world. All four characters will work together with glowing hieroglyphs and celestial bronze swords to defeat the vicious villain. To really enjoy and understand this amazing book as I did, you will have to read the Percy Jackson series to understand Greek magic and demigods - I suggest you read The Heros of Olympus too because that's the sequel series to Percy Jackson. You will also have to read the Kane Chronicles to understand glowing hieroglyphs, magicians, and Egyptian magic. Back to the book, this review is about - this book was so interesting that it kept me guessing all the time! My favorite part of the book would be Annabeth’s point of view chapter with the statue being the staff and blowing up the building, it was just an amazing imagery-filled part. Another one of my favorite parts would be when they all work together and do this whole plan sequence at the end and it was a tense and teamwork part. I felt like this book could have been a bit longer and Rick Riordan could have added a chapter from Sadie’s point of view because there was a chapter each from the point of view of all the main characters except for Sadie. I loved this book - 4 1/2 out of 5 stars - and I would recommend this book to kids around 10-15 years-old-people who love a mix of adventure & fantasy or who have started reading Rick Riordan’s books. Hope you enjoy it a lot too!
